Thank you so much for answering to all our enquiries in such a prompt and professional manner. Apologies for not getting back to you earlier, as we were away for a couple of days.
While the house is indeed of great standing, with a beautiful conservatory, 4 bedrooms and 2 great bathrooms within a great neighbourhood, we are not going to pursue any further. Location-wise, this would put us quite far from the city center, without a good LUAS connection. It is also slightly over-budget for us.
This was however a great first experience to visit a house for us, and I must say your professionalism has been outstanding, just looking at your answers below, as well as being helpful and indeed, all happening with a smile !
We might meet again for another property.
